ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for EDI consists of two parts:
Sender: A small, inexpensive, and easy-to-install piece of software which sends the information in an encrypted email. It works just like a printer driver. Whenever you produce a document (for example an invoice) on your computer and press Print, the software discovers whether the recipient accepts electronic documents. If so, the document is sent electronically in an encrypted email. If not, it is printed as usual.
Receiver: A ReadSoft DOCUMENTS system which receives the email, confirms authenticity and integrity, captures the information and processes it.
