Celebrating 30 Years of DocuWare Partnership at DocuWorld 2026

Last week, members of the DocTech team travelled to DocuWorld Partner Conference 2026 in Berlin—and what an incredible few days it proved to be.

Bringing together DocuWare Partners from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, DocuWorld once again delivered an inspiring blend of innovation, collaboration and forward-thinking strategy. The 2026 event, held on 22–23 April, provided a unique opportunity for both our Sales and Technical teams to immerse themselves in the latest developments in document management, workflow automation and AI-driven solutions.

A Future Focused Document Management Conference

This year’s theme, “Delivering the Future,” was evident throughout the event. From keynote sessions led by DocuWare’s leadership team to hands-on workshops and technical breakouts, the conference offered valuable insight into the evolving landscape of digital transformation.

Attendees explored how emerging technologies—particularly AI and automation—are shaping the future of document management, while also gaining practical knowledge to bring back to customers. Alongside the learning, DocuWorld remained what it does best: a hub for meaningful networking, collaboration and sharing best practice with peers across the partner community.

For DocTech, having representation from both our Sales and Technical teams ensured we maximised the value of the event—strengthening our expertise while continuing to align closely with DocuWare’s vision for the future.

• The brand new DocuWare interface launching in the next few weeks - the most modern and user friendly DocuWare yet

• DocuWare Aura - the new inbuilt AI assistant for searching DocuWare in a brand new way

• DocuWare AI hub - we learnt about the specialist team within DocuWare who are focused solely on AI innovations for DocuWare 

• DocuWare IDP - further enhancements and new pricing model announced

A major highlight of the conference was the Partner Awards ceremony, where we were incredibly proud to be recognised with not one—but FOUR—prestigious accolades:

These awards are a testament to the dedication, expertise and commitment of the entire DocTech team.

Achieving Diamond Club Partner status reflects our continued success in delivering high-quality DocuWare solutions and driving value for our customers. Meanwhile, being named Customer Service Champion reinforces what has always been at the heart of our business—putting our customers first and ensuring they receive exceptional support at every stage of their journey.

Celebrating 30 Years as a DocuWare Partner

Perhaps the most special moment of all was receiving recognition for 30 Years as a DocuWare Partner.

This milestone represents three decades of collaboration, innovation and shared success. Over the years, we’ve seen the evolution of document management first-hand—supporting organisations as they transition from paper-based processes to fully digital, automated workflows.

Reaching this anniversary is not just about longevity; it’s about consistency. Consistency in delivering value, building trusted relationships, and staying at the forefront of technology.

Bringing It All Back to Our Customers

As always, the real impact of events like DocuWorld is what happens next.

Our team returned from Berlin energised, inspired and equipped with new ideas to further enhance the solutions and services we provide. From deeper technical knowledge to fresh strategic insights, everything gained at DocuWorld feeds directly into how we support our customers across the UK.
