The DocTech team’s knowledge of DocuWare is really impressive. As well as that, they also understand our industry and departmental business processes and systems. The implementation was really smooth and efficient.

We used to spend around three hours a day looking for paperwork. Since our documents are now available digitally, with a click of a button, we were able to significantly improve our customer service. This has been an IT success story for Mosscare. On the one hand staff have embraced this one piece of technology better than any other. On the other hand we are now able to offer a much better service than ever before.
