With many keen sports players and gym enthusiasts in the office, we decided to support a local women's netball team by sponsoring their new kit. You can read more about it in our blog.
Grassroots sports is also close to our hearts and with Coronavirus putting a stop to children's sports, we wanted to give something back. We sponsored the jackets of Ladybridge Wolves Under 9’s, a local football team based in Bolton.
Continuing our love of sport, we provided support to Golf Rossendale Driving Range & Academy. At times during the Covid Pandemic, Driving Ranges remained open enabling people to get some much needed time out of the house.
We used to spend three hours a day looking for paperwork, but now our documents are now available digitally at a click of a button, we have significantly improved our customer service. We wanted our administration service levels to match the quality of our products and with DocuWare we have achieved just that. It is an essential business tool for us.
Everything is now filed and is easily retrievable in one place. Our Customer Services team save 15 hours of filing per week. The system has provided greater security, retrieval is simpler and faster, with information accessible from any location. We continue to work closely with DocTech on future enhancements and for other departments.
All paper has now gone! We still have some historical documents but when needed they are scanned into the digital cabinet then destroyed. The biggest benefits of DocuWare is the accessibility of information, saving on storage space and saving some trees! The ease of use and the support from DocTech is very good.
Staff no longer waste time looking for documents. Documents are retrieved in seconds using fixed index. There is no more need for physical storage and the filing archives soon will be gone.
This has been an IT success story for Mosscare. On the one hand staff has embraced this one piece of technology better than any other. On the other hand we are now able to offer a much better service than ever before.
Thanks to our DMS, we are saving a lot of the time normally spent on searching and storing documents, basically the work of one part-time employee. This means that we were able to reach our aggressive growth goals with our existing resources.
Once we moved our documents into DocuWare, we had a massive reduction in our physical document storage requirements which made our move and continued residence in our new campus work brilliantly. The storage and retrieval of documents is so painless and has really streamlined our workflow.
