The DocTech team is made up of true experts in document management solutions, as well as the business processes of our clients. All projects are carried out by our in-house technical team. Nothing is outsourced.
Established in 1984, DocTech was formed to provide solutions to businesses looking to move away from error prone, paper-based storage and business processes. We provided digital storage of their documents using automated solutions that could provide transparency and accountability.

In reaction to client demands and requirements, we have a particular specialism in improving the way businesses handle incoming documents through data capture and integration. This is particularly effective for finance processes where Integration with Finance & ERP Systems are common place.
We offer a whole host of digital solutions and services surrounding better document-based processes. This will usually involve mapping out current processes and recommending better processes alongside document management system implementation.
The formal document repository may include digital forms, electronic signatures, document workflows and integration with 3rd party systems.

For each new client, we make a donation to a very worthwhile charity - One Tree Planted. These donations help to restore forests, create habitat for biodiversity, and make a positive social impact around the world. Our clients receive a certificate once the donation has been made on their behalf.

We used to spend around three hours a day looking for paperwork. Since our documents are now available digitally, with a click of a button, we were able to significantly improve our customer service. We wanted our administration service levels to match the quality of our products, and with DocuWare we have achieved just that. It has become an essential business tool for us.
Everything is now filed and is easily retrievable in one document repository. Our Customer Services team achieved a time saving of approximately 15 hours of filing per week – i.e. ½ hour per person x 5 days. The system has provided greater security, retrieval is simpler and faster, with all the information accessible from any location. All paper has now gone! We still have some historical documents we occasionally need to refer to and when we do, they are scanned into the digital cabinet and then destroyed. The biggest benefits of implementing DocuWare is the accessibility of information across the office, saving on storage space and saving some trees! The ease of use, and the support from DocTech is very good.
Staff no longer waste time looking for documents. Documents are retrieved in seconds using fixed index. There is no more need for physical storage and the filing archives soon will be gone.
